1. Service
GPT Image 2.6 is an independent creative landing experience. It is not an official website of OpenAI or any other model provider referenced on the site.
2. Accounts
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. You must be legally able to enter into a subscription agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Plans and billing
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until canceled. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes.
4. Queue and availability
The landing experience may show a simulated rendering queue. Service availability, features, and generation capacity can change while the product is being developed.
5. Content and acceptable use
You must have the rights needed for images, trademarks, people, and other material you submit. Do not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.
6. Commercial use
Paid plans include commercial usage rights for outputs you create, subject to the rights and licenses attached to your inputs and to applicable law.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Access continues through the period already paid unless the subscription is terminated earlier for misuse.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes apply prospectively from the date they are published.
